WebAbout 6 months back, I purchased two 300GB drives, and placed them in slots 4 and 5. Created a RAID0 volume, and went about my happy way. Worked for about 4 months, then I started getting SMART alerts from both drives 4 and 5. I ended up leaving the drives out for a bit, then purchased a 3TB SAS drive as a backup to the two RAID1 volumes. WebIt's not just that the 6i is sas 1 the h700 is sas 2.
