Webpests of Ficus, and Haplothrips spp., which include pests of grains in Europe and central Asia. Because the primary agricultural pests are species in the family Thripidae, this review will focus on the biology, ecol-ogy and management of those pest species. A number of pest species are common to both China and the United States.
