You can re-fight the Warrior in NVHM again, of course, but it caps at ~lvl 35 IIRC. WebFarm on level gear, then start tvhm. Play tvhm and dlcs until level 50, as tvhm is capped at that. Because uvhm scales to your level, you don't want to go into uvhm at level 57 with level 50 gear. Then your level progression in uvhm is entirely based on what character you play as.
