These changes went live on 6 th April 2024. WebThe investors invest £50,000 in SEIS shares and £50,000 in EIS. The tax relief benefits allow them to collect 50% of their investment back against their income tax for SEIS, which reduce their tax liability by £25,000 and 30% of the £50,000 under EIS which will enable them to reduce their tax liability by £15,000.
